Overview

At KashmirWithUs, we understand that travel plans can change. We have designed our cancellation policy to be as fair and flexible as possible for our customers while ensuring the smooth operation of our tours, hotels, transport, and trip-related bookings.

Cancellation Charges

            0% Cancellation Fee – If you cancel your booking 10 days or more before the scheduled travel/check-in date, no cancellation charges will apply, and you will receive a full refund of the amount paid (subject to any non-refundable third-party charges such as permits, flight tickets, or advance bookings already made on your behalf).

Note: The above slabs apply to standard tour packages. Charges may vary for peak season bookings, special group tours, houseboat stays, and customized itineraries, which will be communicated at the time of booking.

How to Cancel a Booking

Send a cancellation request via email to kashmirwithus36@gmail.com from the registered email ID used during booking.
Alternatively, you may call or WhatsApp us at +91 7006298859 to request cancellation.
Please mention your booking ID, name, and travel dates in the cancellation request.
The cancellation will be considered effective from the date and time the request is received by our team in writing.

Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original mode of payment.
Bank charges, payment gateway charges, or currency conversion fees (if any) deducted by the payment provider are non-refundable.
Any amount already paid to third parties on your behalf (such as airlines, permit authorities, or specific hotels with their own strict cancellation terms) will be refunded only to the extent recovered from such third parties.

Force Majeure / Unforeseen Circumstances

In case a trip is cancelled or disrupted due to natural calamities, weather conditions, government restrictions, strikes, road closures, or other circumstances beyond our control, KashmirWithUs will work with you to reschedule the trip or provide a credit note/partial refund as applicable, after deducting non-recoverable costs already incurred.

Amendments & Date Changes

If you wish to reschedule your trip instead of cancelling, please contact us at least 10 days in advance. Date changes are subject to availability and may not incur any additional charge if requested within the free cancellation window.
