At KashmirWithUs, we understand that travel plans can change. We have designed our cancellation policy to be as fair and flexible as possible for our customers while ensuring the smooth operation of our tours, hotels, transport, and trip-related bookings.

Note: The above slabs apply to standard tour packages. Charges may vary for peak season bookings, special group tours, houseboat stays, and customized itineraries, which will be communicated at the time of booking.
In case a trip is cancelled or disrupted due to natural calamities, weather conditions, government restrictions, strikes, road closures, or other circumstances beyond our control, KashmirWithUs will work with you to reschedule the trip or provide a credit note/partial refund as applicable, after deducting non-recoverable costs already incurred.
If you wish to reschedule your trip instead of cancelling, please contact us at least 10 days in advance. Date changes are subject to availability and may not incur any additional charge if requested within the free cancellation window.
